✨ Sometimes the best adventures begin when you least expect them. ✨

🌊➡️🏔️ In 2022, Shelley traded the beaches of California for the mountains of Colorado. Looking to meet new people, she joined a local slow-pitch softball league—and that's where she first spotted Patrick. She didn't know his name yet, but she definitely noticed him. 🥎❤️

🎳 A few weeks later, they officially met at the local bowling alley. They immediately hit it off and quickly discovered just how much they had in common—especially their lifelong love of baseball and softball.

🏂⛷️🥾⛳🛶🐾 Since then, life together has been filled with softball, mountain adventures, snowboarding, skiing, hiking, golfing, traveling, time with their dog Rocky, and plenty of laughter along the way.

🎄❄️💍 After an amazing day skiing and snowboarding, Patrick suggested they head into the forest to cut down a Christmas tree. Surrounded by snowy mountains and pine trees, he surprised Shelley by getting down on one knee. Through happy tears, she said YES!
