Timeline

2:00 PM — Guest Arrival

Please arrive by 2:00 PM to allow time for parking, lawn games, seating, and a special surprise before the ceremony ;)

Coolers will be stocked with beer, wine, water, and non-alcoholic drinks. Since drinks on the field must remain covered, please use one of our wedding koozies while you’re outside!

3:15 PM — Ceremony

3:45 PM — Cocktail Hour

Enjoy drinks, lawn games, and mountain views while we finish a few family photos.

4:15 PM — Reception Opens

We’ll take a short walk to Slopeside Hall for the reception. You will see your seating assignment at the door.

4:30 PM — Grand Entrance

5:00 PM — Dinner, Toasts & Special Dances

9:45 PM-10:00 PM — Last Song

Children

We love your little ones! Children are welcome to join us for the ceremony, but our reception will be an adults-only celebration. Thank you for understanding!
